SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western St Marys Cumberland

The staff was super friendly and sweet. We showed up earlier than expected and they were able to get us into our room with only a short delay. The beds were super comfy and easy to access. The pool was great, though cold (not their fault) and I liked that it was screened in though some of the pollen did fall through. The little garden area was super cute and we even had a little Easter magic for our daughter since we were there Easter morning. The breakfast was good but would have liked a few more options however they did switch up the protein each day and how they prepared the eggs.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. I was embarrassed to even go in as I have been out working on my truck for a week In a town hard hit by hurricane with no fuel or electricity. When I arrived I was treated with genuine kindness. It is very seldom, in my experience, that people are so kind and hospitable to somebody who looks as rough as I looked. I can't say enough good things about the blonde-headed lady from California who checked me in. She was a real sweetheart and deserving of acknowledgment. Thank you. I highly suggest this hotel to anybody coming through. It was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The General manager assisted with some misunderstandings we had with the prior employees. They were giving me invalid information and the General Manager seemed to be on edge and aggravated until I explained the entire situation to her. Once we got a clear understanding, she worked out the situation and helped me make it right Much thanks to her I know her job can be hard.

Spacious and economical rooms. The exceptional landscaping surrounding the property is extremely well cared for. There are covered and uncovered seating areas, picnic tables and a grill. Every staff member I encountered during my 4 night stay were amazing. They all had welcoming and friendly demeanors while displaying excellent servitude, helpfulness and appreciation for guests. I have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed with my stays. I will continue to be a loyal guest when I am in the area.

My mother an I was in a queen suite. We loved the two joint rooms. It was very spacious. We loved the pool area. Really nice to have breakfast at the hotel in the morning before leaving out. Very clean we had a stove an all the utensils you'd need for cooking/eating.
